This option allows you to withdraw funds from a card, making them available for other uses or reallocating them as needed. Unload User Card Balances:
1. Click on "Users"
2. Select the user whose card you want to empty.
3. Click on "View User Details."
4. Select the card you want to empty.
5. Click on "Unload Card"
6. Enter the amount to be emptied.
7. Click on "Unload Card" to complete the process.
Unloading Your Cards as an Account Admin:
1. Click on "My Cards"
2. Click on "All Cards"
3. Choose the card you want to empty.
4. Click on "Unload Card"
