Account Admin: Suspending or Terminating a User's Card

You can manage users' cards by suspending or terminating them to handle security risks and adapt to changing needs. Whether you need to temporarily disable a card or permanently stop it from a user's account, this process ensures your financial operations remain secure and protected.

1. Click on "Users"

2. Select the user whose card you want to suspend or terminate.

3. Click on "View User Details."

4. Choose the card you want to modify.

5. Select the card you wish to suspend or terminate.

6. Click on "Settings."

7. Open the settings menu for the selected card.

8. Click on "Change Status."

9. Navigate to the card status change option.

10. Select "Terminate" or "Suspend."

11. Choose "Terminate" to permanently remove the card, or "Suspend" to temporarily disable it.

Note:

  • Suspend: To temporarily stop or pause an activity or process.

  • Terminate: To permanently end or stop something.
