Creating a card for users is a feature that allows you to equip the user to start using the cards immediately.

  • Issuing a Virtual Card as an Account Admin:

1. Go to the "Users" section.

2. Select the user for whom you want to create a card.

3. Click on "View User Details."

4. Click on "Create New Card."

5. Choose the card program (USD or SAR).

6. Select "Virtual" as the card type.

7. Customize the user's virtual card by selecting the color and name.

8. Click on "Create Your Virtual Card."

9. Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your mobile phone to complete the creation process.

  • Issuing a Plastic Card as an Account Admin:

1. Go to the "Users" section.

2. Select the user for whom you want to create a card.

3. Click on "View User Details."

4. Click on "Create New Card."

5. Choose the card program (USD or SAR).

6. Select "Plastic" as the card type.

7. Click on "Create Your Plastic Card."

8. Verify the card delivery address.

9. The card will be delivered within 5 business days.

Note:

If you want to change the card delivery address, please contact your Account Manager for assistance.
