Account Admin: Activating an Additional Bank Account

Adding your bank to the whitelist on Nqoodlet is a crucial step to secure and simplify your transactions. This process ensures that only approved bank accounts can be used to fund your wallet or make transfers.


Note: If your company has a logo, it will appear inside the company profile icon circle. If no logo is uploaded, the first letter of your company name will be shown.


  1. Navigate to Company Profile by clicking the company icon in the top navigation bar (next to your personal profile).
  2. From the left sidebar, select Funding Methods.
  3. Click '+ Funding Method' in the top-right corner.
  4. Enter your bank account details
  5. Upload the required documents: Proof of the IBAN letter and a recent bank statement (last 6 months).
  6. Click Submit to complete your request.


The new account will appear under Pending Funding Methods; once approved, it moves to Active Funding Methods.


Note: Your request will be reviewed by the Nqoodlet team to approve your additional bank account as soon as possible.
