Adding funds to your wallet is an essential step to ensure that you have the necessary funds available for transactions and expenses. Loading your wallet allows for smooth payments and budget management.


Steps for Infinios Wallet:


  1. Go to Wallet.
  2. Click Add Funds.
  3. Enter the desired amount.
  4. Select your whitelisted bank account to transfer from.
  5. Copy the IBAN number and make the transfer from your bank account.
  6. Return to the platform and attach a copy of the transfer.
  7. Click Submit.


You will be notified once the funds are deposited into your wallet. To transfer from a bank account that is not approved by Nqoodlet, please contact your Account Manager.



Steps for Local Wallet:


  1. Open Wallet.
  2. Select your GIB account from the left-hand account list.
  3. Open the Account tab.
  4. Select IBAN Details.
  5. View or copy your IBAN and full bank-account details.
  6. Navigate to your local banking interface and transfer funds from your bank account to the displayed IBAN.

Transfers below SAR 20,000 usually take 3–6 minutes though Sarie, while transfers of SAR 20,000 or more usually take 1–2 hours when submitted during business hours and before 4:00 PM. Transfers are not processed on weekends and will be processed on the next business day.
