Important Update on Withdrawal Fees and New Feature

We would like to inform you of an update to ATM withdrawal fees on Nqoodlet cards, as part of our commitment to providing a reliable and sustainable service.

Updated ATM withdrawal fees

Effective 21 April, ATM withdrawals (local and international) will be subject to the following:

3% of the transaction amount + 1.5 SAR per withdrawal
Maximum fee capped at 75 SAR (excluding VAT)

The applicable fees will be automatically deducted from your main account wallet.

Admins can also go to Users & Cards to manage Card Control settings for any user.
