User & Account Admin: Disabling ATM Cash Withdrawal

You can disable the ATM withdrawal feature for a card through Card Control. This helps prevent cash withdrawals from ATMs.


For Users: How to disable ATM cash withdrawal



  1. Go to My Cards
  2. Select the card you want to manage
  3. Click Settings under the card
  4. In the Card Control window, find Cash Withdrawal
  5. Turn Cash Withdrawal off
  6. Click Save


Once saved, the card will no longer allow ATM cash withdrawals.



Important note: You can enable the feature again anytime by following the same steps and turning it back on.


For Admin: How to Disable Cash Withdrawals for a User


Admins can disable cash withdrawals for a specific employee card through Users & Cards.


  1. Go to Users & Cards.
  2. Select the employee.
  3. Click  User Cards from the left side menu
  4. Select the card you want to manage.
  5. Go to Settings.
  6. Under Card Controls, turn off Cash Withdrawal.


Once disabled, the user will no longer be able to withdraw cash using the selected card.
