Registering your company or establishment with Nqoodlet requires submitting key compliance documents before signing the contract and issuing cards. This ensures full alignment with financial regulations and helps us maintain security and transparency for all users.


Steps to Start Your KYB/KYC Process


  1. Sign up to Nqoodlet here.
  2. After registration, you’ll receive a unique KYB/KYC link by email specific to your company.
  3. Review the list of required documents for your business type (Company or Establishment).
  4. Upload all documents clearly and completely to avoid delays.
  5. Our compliance team will review and confirm within up to 3 business days.


Missing or unclear documents will cause delays, only PDF or high quality image formats are accepted, and all uploaded files must match the company name and CR.
