Why Your Transaction Was Declined

Nqoodlet card payments may be declined for several reasons, including insufficient funds, inactive or frozen cards, exceeded spending limits, incorrect PIN entry, or rejection by the merchant. Below are the most common reasons your Nqoodlet card payment may be declined:

1. Insufficient Funds

  • Your Nqoodlet Wallet may not have enough balance to complete the payment.
  • Only company admins can top up the Wallet and manage company cards.
  • If you’re not an admin, please contact your company admin to add funds or review your card status.

2. Blocked or Inactive Card

  • Make sure your card is activated in the Nqoodlet app.
  • Confirm that your card is not frozen.
  • If you entered the wrong PIN three times, you’ll need to reset your PIN before trying again.

3. Spending Limit Exceeded

Each Nqoodlet card has specific daily and monthly limits for purchases and ATM withdrawals.

POS & Online Transactions:

  • Maximum per transaction: SAR 93,750

ATM Withdrawals:

  • Maximum daily withdrawal limit: SAR 9,700
  • Maximum of 3 withdrawals per day

If any of these limits are exceeded, the payment will be automatically declined until the next reset period. View the full Card Limits Overview here.

4. Incorrect PIN Entered

  • If the wrong PIN is entered, your transaction will be declined.
  • You can securely view or reset your PIN anytime from the Nqoodlet app.
  • Note: Your card PIN is different from your app login passcode.

5. Declined by Merchant

If your payment was rejected by the merchant, here are common cases and how to resolve them:

If your Nqoodlet card is declined on Snapchat:

  • Update the invoice address so that it matches an address in Bahrain, not Saudi Arabia.
  • Try adjusting the payment amount slightly.
  • If the issue continues, contact Snapchat Support directly and notify Nqoodlet Support.

If your card is declined on Google Ads:

  • Add your Nqoodlet card as a secondary payment method, not the primary. (Watch the tutorial video here)
  • Verify that your card details (number, expiry, and CVV) are correct and up to date.
  • If the issue persists, contact Google Ads Support, or reach out to us at support@nqoodlet.com.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, please contact Nqoodlet Support at support@nqoodlet.com — our team will help review and resolve your transaction promptly.
