# User: Submitting a Card Loading Request

**Submitting a card loading request helps you add funds to your card for business expenses on Nqoodlet and ensures smooth financial operations.**

# Steps to submit a request:

1. Go to **My Cards**
2. Select the card
3. Click **Request Funds**
4. Enter the amount
5. Write the reason in the Request Description field
6. Upload supporting documents such as quotes or price lists using Upload Receipt
7. Click **Save** to submit the request
