Exporting declined transactions helps you review and analyze transactions that were not approved.


  1. Go to My Cards.
  2. You can access transactions in two ways:
    • From the My Cards Glance tab on the My Cards page, which opens by default and displays all transactions for all cards.
    • Or by selecting a specific card, then viewing its transactions and choosing the one you want to review.
  1. Click on the Declined Transactions tab at the bottom.
  2. Click Filter in the top-left corner to set your desired date range or criteria.
  3. Click Export to download the declined transactions within the selected range.



Check the following to understand why the card was declined:


  1. Ensure the declined card has sufficient balance.
  2. Confirm the card details entered are correct.
  3. Try using a different browser if you encounter a decline issue.


Note: If the card is declined after confirming sufficient balance, contact the Nqoodlet team through live chat on your account.
