User: Card Decline
Exporting declined transactions helps you review and analyze transactions that were not approved.
- Go to My Cards.
- You can access transactions in two ways:
- From the My Cards Glance tab on the My Cards page, which opens by default and displays all transactions for all cards.
- Or by selecting a specific card, then viewing its transactions and choosing the one you want to review.
- Click on the Declined Transactions tab at the bottom.
- Click Filter in the top-left corner to set your desired date range or criteria.
- Click Export to download the declined transactions within the selected range.
Check the following to understand why the card was declined:
- Ensure the declined card has sufficient balance.
- Confirm the card details entered are correct.
- Try using a different browser if you encounter a decline issue.
