Card Acceptance Issues


Sometimes a card transaction may be declined, even when you have enough balance. Common reasons include:


  • Insufficient balance: Not enough funds on the card.
  • Merchant restrictions: Some merchants or platforms do not accept prepaid or corporate cards.
  • Country restrictions: Certain transactions may be blocked depending on the merchant’s country or regulatory rules.
  • Blocked transaction type: For security or policy reasons, some categories of transactions (e.g., gambling, certain subscriptions) are not allowed.


How to Check your balance


  1. Go to My Cards
  2. Open All Cards
  3. Select the card
  4. Click to view details
  5. Your available balance will be displayed next to the card.


If your balance is sufficient but the payment is still declined

The issue may be due to one of the reasons above.
