# User: Add a Transaction Description

**Adding descriptions to transactions is an important step to maintain clear and organized financial records. Detailed descriptions help you track your spending, make it easier to identify transactions, and provide context for future reference.**

1. Go to **My Cards**.
2. Select **All Cards** to view all your cards.
3. Click on the **Transaction** to see expenses linked to the card.
4. Add or update the **Transaction Description**.
5. Click **Save** to store the changes.
