User & Account Admin: Disabling ATM Cash Withdrawal

You can disable the ATM withdrawal feature for a card through Card Control. This helps prevent cash withdrawals from ATMs.


How to disable ATM cash withdrawal



  1. Go to My Cards
  2. Select the card you want to manage
  3. Click Settings under the card
  4. In the Card Control window, find Cash Withdrawal
  5. Turn Cash Withdrawal off
  6. Click Save


Once saved, the card will no longer allow ATM cash withdrawals.



Important note: You can enable the feature again anytime by following the same steps and turning it back on.
