# Required Documents for Establishments

**If you’re registering an establishment, the documentation process is simpler but still subject to compliance checks. Submit all documents clearly to ensure smooth and fast processing.**

# Establishment Information

* **Commercial Registration (CR):** active and valid.

# Financial Information

* **Bank Statement:** from the past year or since registration date (if less than one year).
* **Bank Certificate / Balance:** must include account number and date.
* **IBAN Letter:** must show company name and not be older than one year.

# Owner Information

* **Passport Copy:** for the owner listed in the CR.
* **Proof of Address:** valid, recent, and clearly showing ownership.
