Required Documents for Establishments

If you’re registering an establishment, the documentation process is simpler but still subject to compliance checks. Submit all documents clearly to ensure smooth and fast processing.


Establishment Information


  • Commercial Registration (CR): active and valid.


Financial Information


  • Bank Statement: from the past year or since registration date (if less than one year).
  • Bank Certificate / Balance: must include account number and date.
  • IBAN Letter: must show company name and not be older than one year.


Owner Information


  • Passport Copy: for the owner listed in the CR.
  • Proof of Address: valid, recent, and clearly showing ownership.


Ensure all names and numbers match across documents, do not submit expired or unclear documents, and keep copies of all submitted files for reference.
