OTP or Verification Link Not Working

You may see messages indicating that the verification code is invalid or that the OTP is not working during account activation. This usually happens if the code has expired after 24 hours, was already used, or was entered incorrectly.


  1. Request a new OTP or verification link.
  2. Use only the most recent code or link you received.
  3. If it’s a link, open it on the same device and browser where you made the request.
  4. Make sure the code is entered correctly with no spaces or missing digits.
  5. If the issue continues, clear your browser cache and request a new code.


Verification codes and activation links expire after 24 hours, requesting multiple codes may invalidate previous ones, never share your code with anyone, and if you did not receive it, refer to the OTP Not Received article.
