Adding an extra layer of security helps keep your Nqoodlet account safe. If you haven’t received your one-time password, it may be due to network delays, incorrect contact details, or mobile provider issues. You need the OTP to log in or confirm transactions securely.
- Check your contact information and make sure your phone number and email are correct and active.
- Check your SMS and email inbox, including Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.
- Ensure good network coverage and request the OTP again if your signal is weak.
- Request a new OTP from the same screen and wait a few seconds before retrying.
- Contact Nqoodlet Support at support@nqoodlet.com if the OTP is still not received.
