Merchant Reports Payment Not Received
If a merchant claims they haven’t received your payment, don’t worry. Sometimes payments take longer to appear on the merchant’s side, even if the transaction was successfully processed in Nqoodlet. This article helps you confirm the payment status and understand what to do next.
1. Verify your transaction
- Open the Nqoodlet app.
- Go to the Transactions or Cards section.
- Check the recent transactions list.
- Confirm that the payment appears as successful.
2. Confirm the payment amount and merchant name
- Compare the amount shown in the Nqoodlet app with your receipt or order confirmation.
- Check that the merchant name matches.
- If both match and the transaction is successful, the issue is likely on the merchant’s side.
3. Wait for the merchant to update their records
- Some merchants may take a few hours to reflect payments.
- In rare cases, it may take up to one business day.
- If the transaction is successful in the app, it has already been processed.
4. Contact Nqoodlet Support
- If the payment does not appear after 24 hours, contact Nqoodlet Support.
- Email support@nqoodlet.com.
- Include the merchant name, transaction date, and amount to help with the review.
