User: Terminate or suspend existing card

Managing your cards helps you stay in control of your spending and security. On Nqoodlet, you can suspend a card temporarily or terminate it permanently based on your needs. This ensures your financial operations remain secure and well managed.

How to suspend or terminate a card as a user

Go to My Cards from the main menu.
Click on All Cards to view your existing cards.
Select the card you want to modify.
Open the card settings menu.
Click on Change Status.
Choose Terminate to permanently remove the card, or Suspend to temporarily disable it.

Suspend means temporarily stopping an activity or process, while Terminate means ending it permanently.
