# Important Update on Withdrawal Fees and New Feature

**We would like to inform you of an update to ATM withdrawal fees on Nqoodlet cards, as part of our commitment to providing a reliable and sustainable service.**

# Updated ATM withdrawal fees

Effective **21 April**, ATM withdrawals (local and international) will be subject to the following:

* 3% of the transaction amount + 1.5 SAR per withdrawal
* Maximum fee capped at 75 SAR (excluding VAT)

|| The applicable fees will be automatically deducted from your main account wallet.
