# How to View Transaction Details

You can view your card transactions and open any transaction to see its full details, including the merchant, amount, card used, transaction status, FX fees, and other relevant information.

# How to View a Transaction


1. Log in to your **Nqoodlet** account.
2. Go to the **Cards** section.
3. Select the relevant card from the cards displayed on the side.
4. Open the **Transactions / Expenses** section.
5. Find the transaction you want to review.
6. Click the transaction to open its **Transaction Details,** its details will appear in a pop-up panel.


|| Note: You can also adjust the time range to view transactions within a specific period. You can print the transaction details by clicking the Print icon at the top of the window.


# Filtering Transactions


###### To find a specific transaction more easily, click Filter.
You can filter transactions using:

* **Receipt** – Filter transactions based on receipt information.
* **Type** – Filter by transaction type.
* **Tag** – Filter transactions using assigned tags.
* **Amount** – Find transactions based on their amount.
* **Cards** – View transactions associated with a specific card.

|| You can also use Search to quickly locate a transaction.


# Understanding Transaction Details


###### When you open a transaction, a panel appears showing its available details. Depending on the transaction, this can include:

* **Transaction Amount** – The amount charged for the transaction and its currency.
* **Transaction Status** – Shows the current status of the transaction, such as **Purchased**.
* **Merchant Name** – The name of the merchant where the transaction was made.
* **Merchant Information** – Additional available information about the merchant.
* **Date and Time** – When the transaction took place.
* **Tag** – The tag assigned to the transaction, if one has been added.
* **Cardholder** – The name of the user whose card was used.
* **Card** – The card used for the transaction, identified by its last four digits.
* **Card Name / Classification** – Displays the classification associated with the card or transaction, such as **Commercial**.
* **Amount in Card Currency** – The transaction amount displayed in the currency of the card.
* **FX Fees** – Any foreign exchange fees applied to the transaction. If no FX fee was charged, this will display **0**.
* **Transaction Reference** – The transaction's reference number.
* **Authorization Information** – Displays the authorization status and authorization reference associated with the transaction.
* **Receipt** – If a receipt has been attached, it can be viewed from the transaction details.
* **Transaction Description** – You can add a description to provide additional information about the transaction.
