How to Update Your Payment Method with Any Merchant

As part of the Nqoodlet upgrade, your organization will receive new Nqoodlet cards with new card numbers, expiry dates, and security codes (CVV). To avoid any interruption to your subscriptions, services, or recurring payments, you should update any merchant currently using your existing Nqoodlet card.

Which Merchants Should I Update?

You should update any merchant, platform, or service that automatically charges your Nqoodlet card, including:

  • Cloud providers
  • Software subscriptions
  • Advertising platforms
  • Productivity tools
  • Business services
  • Domain and hosting providers
  • Travel and transportation platforms
  • Any other recurring business expenses
    • Examples include Microsoft, Google, AWS, OpenAI, Meta, Shopify, Adobe, Zoom, Slack, LinkedIn, and similar services.

How to Update Your Payment Method

  1. Sign in to the merchant or service provider’s account.
  2. Navigate to the Billing, Subscription, Account, Payment Method, or Payment Settings section.
  3. Locate your existing payment method.
  4. Add your new Nqoodlet card details:
    • Card Number
    • Expiry Date
    • CVV
    • Cardholder Name
  5. Step Set the new card as your Primary or Default payment method.
  6. Save the changes.
  7. If possible, make a small payment or verify that the new payment method appears as the active card.
