# How to Update User’s Short National Address

This article explains how to update your own short national address or, if you have the required permissions, update the address of another user in Nqoodlet.


# Update Your Own Short National Address

1. Log in to Nqoodlet: [https://app.nqoodlet.com/auth/login](https://app.nqoodlet.com/auth/login)
2. Click the **company logo** in the top-right corner of the screen.
3. Click **My Profile**.
4. Go to the **Address** section.
5. Click **Edit** next to your address.
6. Enter or update your **Short National Address**.
7. Click **Confirm** to save.

# Update Another User’s Short National Address

1. Log in to Nqoodlet: [https://app.nqoodlet.com/auth/login](https://app.nqoodlet.com/auth/login)
2. Go to **Users & Cards**.
3. Select the user whose address you want to update.
4. Click **Edit** next to the address.
5. Enter or update the user’s **Short National Address**.
6. Click **Confirm** to save.

|| Note: Make sure the national address matches the user's official information exactly. Any mismatch may cause delays in card delivery or verification.
