Users and Account Admins can transfer money between Infinios cards directly through Nqoodlet.

For Users

1. Log in to your Nqoodlet account.
2. Go to My Cards.
3. Select the Infinios card you want to transfer money from.
4. Click Transfer.
5. Under Select a card, choose the card you want to transfer the money to.
6. Enter the amount you want to transfer.
7. Click Transfer to complete the transaction.

For Account Admins

1. Log in to your Nqoodlet account.
2. Go to Users & Cards.
3. Select the user whose card you want to transfer money from.
4. Select the Infinios card you want to transfer money from.
5. Click Transfer.
6. Under Select a card, choose the card you want to transfer the money to.
7. Enter the amount you want to transfer.
8. Click Transfer to complete the transaction.

Important

• Transfers are supported only between Infinios cards.
• Both cards must have the same currency. For example, you can transfer from a USD card to another USD card, but not from a USD card to a SAR card.
• The source card must have sufficient available balance.
• Make sure the destination card and transfer amount are correct before confirming.
• Local Bank cards do not support card-to-card transfers.
