# Sections Explained



### Active Card Programs


* Shows all company cards and their balances.
* Click Show Balance to reveal available funds.


### Expenses


* Displays spending trends for the last three months.
* Helps identify spikes or unusual activity.


### Recent Activity Tabs


* Transactions: latest payments with full details.
* Requests: pending requests you can approve or reject.
* Funds: recent wallet top ups with details.
* Declined Transactions: failed or blocked payments with reasons.


### Analytics Widgets


* Categories: spend by type such as software or marketing.
* Departments: spend by team.
* Merchant Trends: top merchants and vendors.
* Use filters like Last 30 Days to narrow results.
