Activating your account on Nqoodlet is the first step to accessing and managing your company’s financial tools and features. Whether you're a user or an employee, the activation process ensures that your account is securely set up and ready for use. Follow the steps below to activate your account and get started.


How to Activate Your Nqoodlet Account:


  1. Log into the Nqoodlet platform: https://app.nqoodlet.com/auth/login.


  1. Activate Your Account:
  • Check your email for the account activation link sent to you.
  • Note that the link expires in 24 hours.
  • If needed, request a new link from your account manager.


  1. Add Funds to Your Nqoodlet Account:


How to Activate Your Account as an Employee:


  1. Receive Invitation:
  • Check your email for an invitation from your admin.


  1. Set Up Your Account:
  • Click the link in the email.
  • Enter your email (same as in the invitation) as your username.
  • Create a new password.


  1. Verify Your Identity:
  • Enter your ID number.
  • Upload a copy of your ID.
  • Accept the Terms and Conditions by clicking the acceptance box.
