# Account Admin: Withdraw Funds

**Withdrawing funds from your Nqoodlet wallet is a feature that allows you to transfer money from your wallet to your bank account.**

# Steps:


1. Go to the **Wallet**
2. Select the wallet you want to withdraw funds from
3. Click on the **Withdraw**
4. Enter the total amount you wish to withdraw
5. Complete your request

|| The process of withdrawing funds from your Nqoodlet wallet to your bank account takes 15 business days. Please contact your account manager to follow up on your request.
