# Account Admin: Unloading Cards

**Unloading a card is a crucial feature for managing your financial resources on the Naqoodlet platform. This option allows you to withdraw funds from a card, making them available for other uses or reallocating them as needed. This function is essential for maintaining control over your budget and ensuring that funds are distributed according to your requirements.**

# Unload a User’s Card Balance 

1. Go to **Users**.
2. Select the user whose card you want to unload.
3. Click **View User Details**.
4. Select the card to be unloaded.
5. Click **Unload Card**.
6. Enter the amount to unload.
7. Click **Unload Card** again to confirm.

# Unload Your Own Card Balance

1. Go to **My Cards**.
2. Click **All Cards**.
3. Choose the card you want to unload.
4. Click **Unload Card**.
5. Enter the amount to unload.
6. Click **Unload Card** again to confirm.
