Account Admin: How to Update the Company’s Short National Address

This article explains how admins can add or update the company’s short national address in Nqoodlet.


Steps


  1. Log in to Nqoodlet: https://app.nqoodlet.com/auth/login
  2. Click the company logo in the top-right corner of the screen.
  3. Go to the Address section.
  4. Click Edit next to the company address.
  5. Enter or update the Short National Address.
  6. Click Confirm to save.



Note: Make sure the national address matches the company’s official registration exactly. Any mismatch may cause delays in card delivery or verification.
