# Account Admin: Export User Transactions

###### Exporting user transactions allows you to review and analyze transaction data in detail.

1. Go to **Users & Cards**.
2. Select the **employee’s name**.
3. Click **All Transactions**.
4. The **download icon** will appear in the top right corner
5. Click the icon to **download the employee’s transaction statement**.
6. To download data for a specific type or period, use the filter options below and click **Export**.

|| Note: The Transaction report displays all transactions made using users’ cards within the account.
