Why did my plastic card request fail?
If your plastic card request in the Nqoodlet platform fails, it may be due to a system error, card limit, or a temporary issue with the service. This article explains the possible causes and how to resolve them step by step.
Common Reasons and How to Fix Them
1. One Card Per User Policy
- Each user can only have one active plastic card at a time.
- If you already have an active or pending card, you won’t be able to issue another until it’s blocked or replaced . Learn how to cancel a card [here](https://help.nqoodlet.com/en/article/user-terminate-or-suspend-existing-card-kdf7s8/#1-how-to-suspend-or-terminate-a-card-as-a-user ).
- Check your Cards tab to confirm your card status before requesting a new one.
2. Technical or Browser Issue
- The request may fail due to a technical glitch or browser issue.
- Log out, clear your browser cache, and try again.
- If you’re using the mobile version, try from a desktop browser.
3. System Synchronization Delay
- Card issuance may fail temporarily if there’s a delay in syncing with the banking partner.
- Wait 5–10 minutes and try again later.
4. Error Message or Code Displayed
- If an error message or code appears, take a screenshot before closing the page.
- Sharing the code with the support team helps them resolve the issue faster.
5. Platform Maintenance or Service Load
- During system updates or high activity periods, some requests may fail temporarily.
- Wait a few minutes and retry once the system is stable.
