Creating a card allows you to equip a user to start using it immediately. As an Account Admin, you can issue both Virtualand Plastic cards.


Issuing a Virtual Card


  1. Go to the Users section.
  2. Select the user you want to create a card for.
  3. Click on View User Details.
  4. Click on Create New Card.
  5. Choose the card program and select the currency (e.g., USD, SAR, or others available).
  6. Select Virtual as the card type.
  7. Customize the card by choosing the color and name.
  8. Click on Create Your Virtual Card.
  9. Enter the OTP (One-Time Password) sent to your mobile phone to complete the process.


Issuing a Plastic Card


  1. Go to the Users section.
  2. Select the user you want to create a card for.
  3. Click on View User Details.
  4. Click on Create New Card.
  5. Choose the card program and select the currency (e.g., USD, SAR, or others available).
  6. Select Plastic as the card type.
  7. Click on Create Your Plastic Card.
  8. Verify the card delivery address.


The card will be delivered within 5 business days.


Note: If you need to change the card delivery address, please contact your Account Manager for assistance.
