Using Your Nqoodlet Card for Subscriptions

You can manage recurring payments and subscriptions such as SaaS tools, streaming services, and digital work platforms using your Nqoodlet card. This article explains how subscription cards work, important notes about automatic payments, and special cases like Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. Once the card is added, monthly payments are processed automatically without requiring new approval each month. You can request a subscription card directly from your Nqoodlet account.

Using Your Nqoodlet Card with Google and Microsoft

Google Workspace and Google Services

Google Workspace and most Google services do not accept prepaid cards as a primary payment method.

To avoid service interruption, it is recommended to add a backup card in the Google Admin Console.

Why add a backup card:

  • Prevents service interruption if the primary card is declined.
  • Ensures continuous access to Google Workspace without account suspension.

Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Services

Microsoft 365 subscriptions usually require an active credit or debit card.

Prepaid cards are generally not accepted.

If payment fails using a Nqoodlet card, it is recommended to use the company primary card or contact Microsoft support.

Recurring charges may continue even if the card is removed or has low balance, and they can only be stopped by canceling the subscription directly with the merchant.
