User: Card Decline Issue
Exporting declined transactions helps you review and analyze transactions that were not approved.
- Click on the "Transactions" tab.
- Go to the "Export" tab.
- Click on "Filter" in the top right corner.
- Click the down arrow next to "Show Results."
- Select "Status" and choose "Declined."
- Click on "Export."
Check the following to understand why the card was declined:
- Ensure the declined card has sufficient balance.
- Confirm the card details entered are correct.
- Try using a different browser if you encounter a decline issue.
