Exporting declined transactions helps you review and analyze transactions that were not approved.


  1. Click on the "Transactions" tab.
  2. Go to the "Export" tab.
  3. Click on "Filter" in the top right corner.
  4. Click the down arrow next to "Show Results."
  5. Select "Status" and choose "Declined."
  6. Click on "Export."


Check the following to understand why the card was declined:


  1. Ensure the declined card has sufficient balance.
  2. Confirm the card details entered are correct.
  3. Try using a different browser if you encounter a decline issue.


Note: If the card is declined after confirming sufficient balance, contact the Nqoodlet team through live chat on your account.
