Log in to Nqoodlet: https://app.nqoodlet.com/auth/login
Navigate to Users & Cards: Click on the New User button on the right side of the screen to start adding a new user.
Fill in User Details: Enter the required information for the new user:

First Name
Last Name
Email Address
Mobile Number
Job Title
Select Department
Choose User Type

By clicking Save the new user will be added.

Activate Your Account:

Check your email for the account activation link sent to you.
Note that the link expires in 24 hours.
If needed, request a new link from your account manager.

Add Funds to Your Nqoodlet Account:

Transfer money to your Noqodlet account to ensure you have funds available for future payments.

How to Activate Your Account as an Employee:

Receive Invitation:

Check your email for an invitation from your admin.

Set Up Your Account:

Click the link in the email.
Enter your email (same as in the invitation) as your username.
Create a new password.

Verify Your Identity:

Enter your ID number.
Upload a copy of your ID.
Accept the Terms and Conditions by clicking the acceptance box.

Sign In:

Use your username and password to log in to the Noqodlet platform: https://app.nqoodlet.com/auth/login.

Account Admin: Adding Funds

Accepted Answer

Adding funds to your wallet is an essential step to ensure that you have the necessary funds available for transactions and expenses. Loading your wallet allows for smooth payments and budget management.

Go to Wallet.
Click Add Funds.
Enter the desired amount.
Select your whitelisted bank account to transfer from.
Copy the IBAN number and make the transfer from your bank account.
Return to the platform and attach a copy of the transfer.
Click Submit.

|| Notes: You will be notified once the funds are deposited into your wallet. To transfer from a bank account that is not approved by Nqoodlet, please contact your Account Manager.

Question 4

User: Attaching an Invoice

Attaching invoices to your transactions or records is essential for accurate documentation and efficient financial management.

Go to My Cards.
Select All Cards to view the list of your cards.
Click on the transaction to view the details.
Choose Upload Attachment to add a file.
Click Add to begin the upload process.
Select the file type from your device.
Click Upload to attach the file to the transaction.

Account Admin: Request to Add a New Wallet

Adding a wallet in a different currency today allows you to manage expenses in multiple currencies and avoid currency exchange fees.

Go to the Wallet
At the bottom of the screen, you will find a Request Card Program button
